Yahoo real estate posted a dopey flipping article: http://promo.realestate.yahoo.com/best_places_to_flip_a_home.html The premise is that flipping only works in hot markets. More BUBBLE BABBLE. Flipping is not market dependent, it is based on buying BELOW market, WHATEVER THE CURRENT MARKET IS. The only thing that changes is how LONG it takes to flip, which means you have to buy CHEAP and SELL CHEAP in a flat market.
